He created the first Dream Ambassador position in order to help his employees’ dreams come true. Janice Anderson's sole job is to help the employees reach their goals. Some of the early results are in: >Diana just opened her own tortilla shop! >Three employees got their high school diplomas > Nine employees are enrolled in college (more signing up this summer) > Several are saving for their first vehicles > One employee is working towards his retirement Improved morale, low turnover and better teamwork are just a few of the many benefits. You’ve seen his TEDx talks, and now his groundbreaking font is allowing millions to easily read. 15-20% of our population has trouble reading due to dyslexia. Actor Henry Winkler’s book series about a boy with dyslexia, Here’s to Hank, uses the Dyslexie Font. It is available free for home use. Companies, publishers and schools around the world are using the font. Discussion of famous people who are extremely successful not despite of dyslexia, but because dyslexia made them stronger.
